Mayshe-Mayshe is the solo project of Yorkshire songwriter and producer Alice Rowan. Her music blends dreamy art-pop and electronica with rich storytelling and infectious melodies, with organic elements woven into all aspects of her music. If you like Imogen Heap, Björk, The XX, then Mayshe-Mayshe is for you!
Combining vintage synths, drum machines & choral vocals, her unique brand of experimental electropop is as unconventional as it is captivating. Part diary, part escapism, her confessional songs explore imaginary worlds and the messy terrain of the mind with a cathartic honesty.
