And now for something completely different. A very different vibe to our traditional Hilltop Sessions, this one is for those of us who are touched by the blues. Whichever way you like your blues, this is the night for you. And what a line-up we've got.

Lewes favourites Supernatural Things will show us how versatile they are as they move away from the funk and soul that has been their hallmark to give us a glimpse into their soul with a pared-down acoustic blues set.

The almost legendary Dead Reds are returning to the Royal Oak. If you were there the first time, you will remember how even their acoustic set can rock anyone's socks off. This time they are returning in full electric beauty to perform their own compositions, many of which are taken from their stunning fourth LP, Dictated Democracy.  Except some of the finest and articulate blues-rock this side of the Atlantic.
